Adopt a Friend for Life is dedicated to rescuing adoptable stray, abandoned and homeless cats and dogs.
AFL offers an alternative to animal control shelters by housing the animals in foster homes until they can be placed for adoption into loving, permanent homes. We are committed to reducing pet overpopulation by providing 100% spay/neuter for animals in our care and strive to build lifelong friendships that will enrich the human-animal bond.

Meet Monty!
He is a 4 year old male beagle mix and a genuine sweetheart. His former family
had to relinquish him and he is looking for a new forever home to call his very
own. He is neutered, up to date on shots, crate trained, housebroken and
heartworm negative. He is ready for adoption! He gets along well with
other dogs and loves people. He likes to play with toys and interact with his
people.

AFL meets monthly, every fourth Wednesday of the month, at the Oshtemo Public Library, 7265 West Main, Kalamazoo, from 6 to 8 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Our remaining 2008 meeting schedule is: June 25, July (No Meeting - enjoy your Summer), August 27, September
24, October 22, November 19 (third Wednesday), December (no meeting, Happy Holidays!).
Our meetings are casual and everyone is invited. Bring your dinner with you, that's okay! This is a great way to keep in touch with fellow volunteers and happenings in AFL. Your input and ideas are always welcome!
